No returns or refunds are available once artwork has been purchased. Please choose carefully and thoughtfully before placing your order.

Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, the following conditions must be met without exception:

  • Photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging must be provided
  • Photo evidence of damage to the item itself must be provided
  • All original packaging must be retained — claims cannot be processed without it
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item — no exceptions

To submit a damaged order claim, please email info@carasanders.com.au and include your artist name, order number, and full name in your message.

Please note: Failure to retain original packaging or submit your claim within the 24 hour window will void your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
